For me, one of the coolest things about being a writer is getting the opportunity to work with people who have read my books and have asked for my assistance in writing something themselves. This is an opportunity to share what I've learned about the craft of writing. It's also an opportunity to give something back to the great writers I have learned from over the years, including Carmel Bird, Kerry Greenwood, Cate Kennedy and John Marsden.

With ten years' experience as a high school teacher, teaching students both face-to-face and in a distance learning setting, I have the capacity to work with students to help them better understand my writing, the study of texts, and the creative writing process. I have also completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and trained around 50 adults in Interative Digital Media, meaning that I can cater for adult learners as well.
